ESMI recognizes all employees for their continued service with the Company. Employees who have completed one year of service will receive a selected gift. Employees who have completed five year milestone years of service (i.e. five, ten, fifteen up to thirty years) will receive a bonus and a selected gift for their service with the Company. The bonus payment will be included in the regular pay for the pay period during which the anniversary occurred. Our recognition of continued service to the Company is meant to honor our employees’ ongoing contributions to our success but in no way alters the employment-at-will relationship between the company and each employee.
