Employees who choose a pay card as their method of payment for payroll and can request a pay card from their District Manager. Once the card is received, it should be registered and set up in Workday as soon as possible to avoid errors in payment. The deadline for Direct Deposit and Pay Card changes is 12PM MT on the Monday following the end of the pay period.

 

Forward the card number to TotalRewards@extraspace.com to have the Payroll department enroll the card. To ensure privacy, please forward from a personal Extra Space email address, not a site email address.
