If you have moved out of the apartment and the Living Quarters Agreement has been terminated in Salesforce, you should receive any refund owed within 10 business days.
If you haven't received the refund after 10 business days, please check with your District Manager to ensure they terminated your agreement in Salesforce and your DM changed your status to “off-site”. We pull information from there and need it to be accurate to ensure your deductions are accurate.
