If a direct deposit is not received but a pay slip exists in Workday this indicates an issue with the account and/or routing number. We recommend the following:


• Access your payment elections in Workday to determine root cause

• Contact your bank to receive a written confirmation of your information

• Correct the account and/or routing number


Payroll must get verification that funds are returned before issuing a replacement payment. This may take 2-3 business days or longer. Submit a ticket if you have not received your funds.
