If a direct deposit is not received but a pay slip exists in Workday this indicates an issue with the account and/or routing number. We recommend the following:
• Review your payment elections in Workday to make sure the routing and account number are correct
• Contact your bank to receive a written confirmation of your information
• If the information on Workday is incorrect, correct the account and/or routing number ASAP
If there was an error with your routing and/or account number, we will be able to issue a replacement payment, however, payroll must get verification that funds are returned before issuing a replacement payment. This may take 2-3 business days or longer. Submit a ticket if you have not received your funds.
