Unfortunately this document is not handled or housed within Workday. You will need to log into your Health Equity account and pull it from there. You can navigate to: https://my.healthequity.com/HE.aspx
Once there you will need to log in then at the top of the screen hover your mouse over Docs & Forms then click on Tax Forms.
Next scroll down until you see the Section for Form 1099-SA. Click on the blue 2017 HSA which will open a new window with the information needed for your taxes.
